Arielle A. Spiridigliozzi received her Bachelors in General Studies at the University of Kansas where she majored in History and minored in U.S. Public Policy. During the course of her undergraduate career, in addition to her membership on the KU Women’s D-1 Rowing Team, Arielle interned at the Kansas Capitol for the Honorable Representative Barbara Ballard. Ms. Spiridigliozzi actively volunteered at the Robert J. Dole Institute of Politics and was repeatedly selected to serve the Dole Institute as a Counselor for the Youth Civic Leadership Institute.
Following her undergraduate studies, Ms. Spiridigliozzi received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri at Kansas City, where she completed an emphasis in Family Law. Ms. Spiridigliozzi was a member of the Association for Women Lawyers, The International Law Society, The Family Law Society, The Student Bar Association and The American Constitution Society. Ms. Spiridigliozzi was elected as the 2L Representative for ACS, and served her final year as social chair for the organization. Ms. Spiridigliozzi was also selected as a UMKC Emissary, where she spent two years helping the law school’s admission team. Ms. Spiridigliozzi was also a staff member of the UMKC Law Review and the Urban Lawyer. During her second year, Ms. Spiridigliozzi was selected as the Program Editor of the Urban Lawyer, the ABA’s foremost journal on both local and state politics. During her time on Law Review, Ms. Spiridigliozzi’s writings were published twice- once as a case note author in The Urban Lawyer, and then as an article author for her piece on Kansas politics in UMKC’s Law Review.
Ms. Spiridigliozzi began working at Berkowitz Cook Gondring Driskell & Drobeck as a law clerk during law school and was offered an Associate Attorney position upon her licensure in the State of Missouri. Ms. Spiridigliozzi’s passion for family law and her empathy for individuals going through the pain of a divorce make her a valuable asset to the firm and its clients.
